John Szabo's review in the WineAccess Buyer's Guide
90 POINTS:
Piero Busso 2004 Barbaresco Santo Stefanetto Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy
Quite intense and aromatic, perfumed, with a little volatile-floral component
and red fruit. The palate is bone dry, highly tannic and mouth-puckering. Not
showing well today, this is a style of wine that needs another 3 to 5 years
to be approaching drinkability. It certainly has the density and
concentration to improve over time.
